How Do I Order My Repeat Prescription?

• Online – Using our prescription requests triage.

• Requesting a repeat prescription through your local pharmacy order and collect service.
• In person or by post – Please visit our Contact Us Page.

You can request your regular medicines on a copy of your computer printout of medication (the white right hand side of the prescription) or alternatively in writing to us. Such written request must contain your name, your date of birth, your address and the medications you are requesting. This may be handed in at the reception or you can post it to us.

You can also request your regular medicines by asking at our reception and the receptionist will help you to complete the written request needed by our medication management team.

You may ask in your local pharmacy if they offer a repeat prescription service. We do not issue prescriptions in response to telephone requests to avoid medication errors.
