If you need help when we are closed
The practice is covered by the North Wales GP out of hours service which is commissioned by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and operates from 6:30pm to 8am each weekday night, bank holidays and at weekends.
This service is designed to help patients who cannot wait until normal surgery opening hours. Therefore we ask that you only call ‘out of hours’ when this is really necessary, i.e. if symptoms are worrying and if you think harm would result in waiting until the surgery is open.
Please note, the out of hours clinicians do not have the full access to your GP notes and therefore they simply cannot answer questions about long term management plans, hospital investigations or referrals.
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 Wales or call 111.
The NHS 111 Wales symptom checker is for people aged 12 and over. Call 111 if you need help for anyone under 12.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
